Source methodology
Making information easier to find
PharmacieDuMaroc collects, aggregates, organizes and displays publicly accessible healthcare information. Where reuse is permitted, sources include public authorities, professional organizations, healthcare directories, open data, provider websites and OpenStreetMap. Listings may contain names, duty schedules, addresses, phone numbers, specialties, hours, coordinates and public contacts. Public accessibility does not automatically permit reuse.
Verifying duty schedules
The system matches facilities, cities and schedule dates, then compares accepted sources, reliability and independence. A strong official source, sufficient independent agreement or documented review can support publication under the engine’s rules. Automated collection is not human verification. A directory address never proves a duty schedule.
Conflicts, retention and expiry
Ambiguous evidence is held for review. Empty responses, timeouts and outages do not remove previously accepted schedules that remain valid. A newer reliable interval can replace them; an explicit trusted withdrawal can invalidate them. Earlier versions remain in history. The true end time always ends current display, using Africa/Casablanca, including overnight schedules crossing midnight. Without explicit validity, source freshness rules apply; schedules are never retained indefinitely.
Update frequency
Duty sources are checked hourly when authorized and accessible. Permanent pharmacy, hospital, clinic and doctor directories are updated only on administrator request. The displayed confirmation time refers to accepted information, not a failed or empty attempt. Available sources, dates and attribution accompany listings.
Corrections
Visitors and professionals can request corrections, updates, appropriate removal or source clarification through Report an error. Requests are reviewed before changes. Hours and availability can change: call before travelling. The independent platform does not replace medical services.
