Privacy policy
Visitors and forms
Security sessions protect forms and administration. Technical logs may contain IP addresses, dates, browser details and requested paths. Contact, correction and contribution forms collect only a name, email and information needed to handle the request. A source attachment is optional for contributions. Do not send personal medical information.
Optional location
Near me requests permission only after your action. Precise coordinates are sent by POST to calculate nearby facilities, used in memory and not permanently stored by the application, in URLs or in browser storage. The map provider receives tile requests for the displayed area. The operator must disable request-body logging with its providers.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Optional categories start disabled. Analytics scripts load only after consent. Advertising stays disabled until the operator configures its advertising provider and consent platform. Required Google advertising choices are managed by a certified TCF-compatible CMP; the local panel is not Google certification. Reopen Manage cookies at any time and change provider choices separately.
Access and retention
Authorized administrators and the host access requests as needed for their work. Enabled providers may process data under their own policies, possibly outside your country. The local consent decision expires after 180 days. Form data is kept while requests are processed, then deleted or anonymized under the operator’s documented retention policy. Logs and backups follow its operational periods; indefinite retention is unnecessary. Ask Contact for applicable periods.
Privacy requests
Use Contact with the subject Privacy to request access, correction or deletion of your data, or ask questions. Requests are assessed under applicable law and may require proportionate identity verification. No universal legal entitlement or response deadline is promised here. AdSense site connection
The Google AdSense library loads to connect the site to the publisher account, with ad requests paused before loading. This contacts Google; its documentation states that existing Google cookies may be read, but the pause technique sets no new cookies and associated data is not used for ad serving or measurement. Site audience measurement
After analytics consent, a random browser identifier is retained for a renewable 30 days to estimate visitors and sessions. We cannot certify that every visit is human. Sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity. Page paths, language, device category, referrer domain and call, directions and nearby actions are counted. These statistics do not store free-text searches, raw IP addresses or precise locations.
Detailed records are deleted after 60 days; daily totals without identifiers are retained. Administrator accounts and known bots are excluded. Withdrawal stops new measurement and removes the local identifier; prior details expire under the stated retention period. Reported cities describe the pages viewed, not your location. Google Analytics, if configured, is a separate measurement system.
